Me and Dad stayed here for the Armed forces weekend 2022. The guest house is away from the sea front. So its lovely and quiet. Great location. There are plenty of cafes on your way into town. We were welcomed here like family. The rooms are very adequate and the on suite is a perfect size. Rooms have comfortable beds and come with tea and coffee facilities. Also a flat screen tv, which I can confirm take roku sticks and firesticks. Wifi is average. Sometimes you get 30mbs other times it's as low as 1mbs. This didn't affect the streaming, just the Google searches were a bit slow at times. There is small but good parking area. The Guest house as a fantastic communal lounge. Record player with large TV and some impressive B&W speakers. We felt really welcome here, they are doing a fantastic job. We feel any one who stays here will feel they made the best choice too.
Arrived early to be warmly welcomed by Paul and Wendy.We were checked in straight away and offered a nice cold beer we were shown straight to our room room 2 which was absolutely amazing.The room had plenty of storage space and all the essentials needed for a break away from home. The en-suite bathroom was again incredible.Paul gave us a quick tour of the other rooms as we were first to arrive and they were all equally as good.This is probably one of the nicest Guest houses we have ever stayed in and we will definitely stay again next time for longer.

Nice and comfortable Victorian house in a good position. Very clean and well furbished, maybe a bit cold the first day but that’s England! Wendy and Tom very friendly and ready to help and meet our needs. We enjoyed the stay. Thank you! We’ll come back
Lovely experience here. We stayed in 2 rooms as 3 guests beautifully clean and spacious in both. The proprietors were very welcoming and helpful in an unfussy way they were perfect. They offer a continental style breakfast here and provide tea and coffee in the rooms, and there is a very comfortable sitting area. Adequate parking available a short walk or quick drive from most local amenities. Quiet on the night time even with open windows, and there is a cool cemetery less than 5 mins walk away Highly recommend thank you for our stay
An absolutely outstanding guest house. Immaculately clean rooms, excellent size and very well furnished. Additionally extras making it impossible to fault. We will not hesitate to book again and cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank-you Wendy & Paul.
